The electricity cuts out. Your home doesn't.
The HYXI Aura puts a solar inverter, a battery and a backup switch in one stack, and it switches over in 0 ms. No delay, no micro-cut, no flicker: the lights stay on, the Wi-Fi stays up and nothing in the house restarts.
The whole house, without a single cut.
The Aura is HYXI's new all-in-one energy system for the home. The hybrid inverter, the LiFePO4 battery packs and the automatic transfer switch are built into one stack, so your panels, your battery and the grid are managed by a single system instead of three separate boxes.
Its headline figure is 0 ms. When the electricity goes off, the Aura is already carrying your home: there is no gap to bridge, so there is no micro-cut. The television does not go black, the computer does not lose your work, the router does not reboot and no clock starts blinking. You only find out there was a cut when a neighbour tells you.
And it backs up the whole house, not a few sockets. Your switchboard is wired through the Aura, with up to 63 A passing straight through it, so in a cut everything carries on within the power of the model we size for you: on solar by day, on the battery by night.
For homes that cannot afford to blink.
Working from home
A video call, a desktop computer, a server or a card machine: a micro-cut drops every one of them in the middle of whatever it was doing. With a 0 ms switchover there is nothing to drop.
Power cuts and cyclone season
When the electricity goes off for an hour or for a whole day, the house carries on as normal: the panels keep it running and recharge the battery by day, and the battery takes over after dark.
Electronics that hate a restart
Wi-Fi, TV decoder, cameras, alarm, gate motor, water pump, aquarium: everything that reboots, beeps or loses its settings each time the power blinks simply keeps running.
A new solar installation
Inverter, battery and backup in one product: one installation, one app and one system to look after. Start with one battery pack and add more whenever you like.
Three steps to a home that never notices a cut.
We size it on your bill
Send us a recent electricity bill and tell us what must never switch off. We choose the inverter (3 to 12 kW single-phase, 5 to 30 kW three-phase) and the number of battery packs your evenings and your power cuts call for.
We install everything
Panels, Aura and switchboard: our team installs and commissions the whole system. The battery packs stack with no cables between them and the energy meter is built in, so the installation is quick and tidy. We take care of the grid-connection paperwork as well.
It runs itself
The Aura decides when to store your solar, when to use the battery and when to draw from the grid, and it changes over on its own in 0 ms. You follow everything from your phone.
No delay. No micro-cut. Nothing restarts.
A micro-cut lasts a fraction of a second, and that is enough: the router reboots, the decoder starts again from scratch, an unsaved document is gone and every clock in the house starts blinking. Many backup systems need a moment to change over when the grid drops, and that moment is exactly when all of this happens.
The Aura's switch time is 0 ms, so there is no moment. Its transfer switch is built in, and it is already carrying your home, from the panels or the battery, when the electricity goes off. When it comes back, the Aura reconnects on its own: nothing to press, nothing to reset.
The whole house, and no extra box on the wall.
Many home batteries only back up a few essential sockets, and need a separate gateway or backup box on the wall to do even that. The Aura has its transfer switch built in and up to 63 A runs straight through it, so your whole switchboard is on backup.
During a cut, everything keeps running within the power of the model you choose: the fridge and the lights, but also the pump, the gate, the washing machine and the air conditioning. A 10-second peak, up to 16,000 VA on the larger models, gives motors and compressors the push they need to start.
Start with one battery. Grow to 54 kWh.
Each battery pack stores 7 or 9 kWh of LiFePO4, the safest lithium chemistry, rated for 10,000 cycles. Start with what you need today and add packs when the family, the air conditioning or the electric car arrives: up to six packs and 54 kWh on one inverter, in a stack less than two metres tall.
Active balancing gets the best out of every pack, so a pack added later works alongside the ones you already have instead of being held back by them.
Heat, humidity and cyclone rain? Covered.
Sealed to IP66 against dust and driving rain, with an inverter rated to run from −30 to +60 °C, the Aura is at ease in a Mauritian summer: in a garage, on a veranda or against an outside wall.
Inside, seven layers of protection guard the LiFePO4 cells, from flame-retardant insulation and a pressure relief valve to built-in aerosol fire suppression, and the cells, the battery management system and the packs are made to automotive-grade standards.

What people ask before choosing one.
What does 0 ms actually mean?
That there is no gap between the grid's electricity and the Aura's. Many backup systems need a few milliseconds or more to change over, which is long enough for electronics to restart. The Aura's datasheet gives its switch time as 0 ms: the lights do not flicker and nothing reboots.
Will it run my air conditioning during a cut?
Yes, within the power of the model we size for you. A 12,000 BTU inverter split runs at roughly 1,000 to 1,200 W and asks for more when it starts, which is what the Aura's 10-second peak is there for. If you want several units on backup, we size the inverter for all of them.
How long will the battery last in a cut?
It depends on how many packs you choose and what you run. As an indication, one 9 kWh pack (8.6 kWh usable) keeps a fridge, the lights, the Wi-Fi and a television going for well over twelve hours, and during the day the panels keep recharging it. We size it on your real consumption before quoting.
Can I add batteries later?
Yes. Start with one pack and add more, up to six: that is 54 kWh on one inverter. The packs stack on top of one another with no cables between them, and active balancing lets a new pack work alongside the ones you already have.
Single-phase or three-phase?
Both. The single-phase Aura covers 3 to 12 kW, which suits most homes in Mauritius; the three-phase version covers 5 to 30 kW for larger villas, shops and offices. We check your supply on the site visit.
Where does it go?
Indoors, or outside under shelter, standing on the floor or fixed to a wall, close to your switchboard. It is sealed to IP66 and a full six-pack stack is under two metres tall. Up to 6 kW it is cooled naturally and runs at under 30 dB; the 8 to 12 kW models have active cooling, so we keep those away from bedrooms.
